How to Return & Exchange Items

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. To help us assess the situation, please provide the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item: Please take multiple photos from different angles to clearly show the damage.
  • Photos of the packaging: Please include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and any cushioning materials. This helps us determine if the damage occurred during shipping.

When taking photos of the packaging, please check the following:

  • Outer box: Are there any holes, tears, or dents?
  • Cushioning: Was the item securely packed with enough cushioning material to prevent movement?
  • Gaps: Were there any gaps or empty spaces in the box that could have allowed the item to shift or collide with other items during transit?
