Moreover, return or exchange can not be accepted unless it is our company's order mistakes or defective products. Please pay attention to the OEM parts number you are going to order. -Defective products Genuine parts are all sold after manufacturer's delivery check. However, there may be small difference of products' accuracy or its outlook depends on manufacture production lot. Therefore, even if you wish to exchange the item and declare the item as a defective product due to bad surface's treatment, we can only provide the same sort of products after all. Unless there are major visible defect or significant obstacle, we can not accept exchanges nor returns. -Parts number integration and substitute number It is often possible that manufacturer tend to change parts number or integration. Especially for old year models, there are many cases that old year models or no longer made models are altered to substitute parts. There are also cases that material used for the parts can be changed due to cost cut backs. With manufacturer's guarantee, altered parts work without affecting its efficiency. However, outlook may differ slightly from its original; thus, we apologize the inconvenience that may caused you. In addition, we cannot answer to any questions regarding product's specification and it's suit.
