All our products are imported from Japan, or other countries to our European hub in Austria first.

Customs Duties: Since we handle the importation into the EU, you will not be charged any import duties. We take care of all the customs clearance and associated costs.

VAT (Value Added Tax): As an EU-based transaction, the applicable VAT for your country is included in the final price at checkout.

What this means for you: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You won't receive any unexpected invoices from customs or handling fees from couriers upon delivery.

*Customers outside of EU :

When your order arrives in your country, you may need to pay import taxes and duties. These costs are not included in your purchase price and vary by country.

Please pay any taxes and duties promptly to avoid delays in delivery. If payment is not made, your order may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for return shipping and customs clearance fees.

Also, we do not accommodate requests to alter invoice amounts for the purpose of evading import taxes and duties.
